The guitar

______

I exclusively build classical guitars, based on my own designs. From the very beginning, my work has focused on creating an instrument that is responsive, powerful, and balanced, without sacrificing the characteristic tonal colors of a traditional guitar. The result is an instrument that meets the demands of large concert halls while maintaining the dark and rich timbre typical of historic guitars. The soundboards undergo specific tests that allow me to determine the mechanical properties unique to each top, discarding those that do not meet the highest quality standards. The soundboard, built in a double-top structure, consists of two outer wooden layers separated by an internal Nomex core, resulting in a top that is about 30% lighter than a solid wood top. I use cedar for the inner layer due to its low density; for the outer layer, the choice between cedar and spruce is left to the client’s preference. Upon request, a fully solid-wood instrument can also be made.

Features

______

I use only carefully selected, top-quality woods, seasoned for a long time and allowed to acclimate in a laboratory with controlled humidity. This process ensures long-term stability and allows the full acoustic potential of each wood to be realized. Each instrument is built at a constant humidity of 45%.
